TAKE NOTICE THAT:

  1. Pursuant to a written lease dated October 15,2022, I am the Tenant for the premises described as : 3100 SE 168TH AVE APT 258 ( the “Premises”), of which I now hold possession. My Lease started on October 15, 2021 and ends on October 15,2022.

  2. You are hereby informed that I do not intend to renew my Lease. Accordingly, I will be vacating the Premises on or before October 15,2022.

  3. You can forward the remaining amount of my security deposit to 3100 SE 168TH AVE APT 258.
